Rooftop Terrace 3D Model
Post Brothers took on the challenge of renovating a 100 year old warehouse into modern apartments and rooftop amenities unparalleled at the Poplar in Philadelphia. With such unique amenities, Post Brothers wanted to showcase the expansive Solmar rooftop terrace in their leasing center gallery as a way to gain interest and tenants to their property.
By taking 3d data of the building, amenity details, furniture and mural design, LGM was able to replicate tremendous detail in this Amenities Model. Custom fiber optic lighting was embedded into cabanas, pools, and walkways. Greenspace was highlighted with textured grass, making areas like the dog park pop off of the white background.
