MIG COM needed to explore the Lone Tree Redevelopment plan beyond their initial 2D renderings. Due to the expansive area of interest, they decided to create a unique representation of the RidgeGate Community by introducing a study model into their work flow. The model needed to communicate the planned development district, and clearly show the relationship between commercial buildings and topography.
With initial architectural plans in place, The Tahoe Regional Arts Foundation needed a portable display of their Stages at Northstar facility to accompany them in their Capital Campaign and community connection efforts. With multiple donor events to visit across California and Nevada, the model needed to showcase the amenities of the property while being travel efficient.
Forest City contracted LGM to build a scaled full color version of their new development project to serve as the highlight at their ICSC booth in Las Vegas. They needed a display that would draw people to the booth, serve as a conversation piece, and display their latest commericial and residential development design. It also had to include LED lighting, a display platform, be able to travel.
Commercial construction bidding can be a competitive, and one of the ways that Adolfson & Peterson wanted to shine was to bring their knowledge and expertise in their field to the interview process. The new building site is tightly surrounded by existing campus structures, and the proposed building design would require extensive excavating and staged planning to ensure success.
The Town of Cedar Park was looking to enhance their fundraising and public communication efforts. It was developed as a multi-purpose travelling display, and would be showcased in the original library, town hall, fundraising events, and new library.
