Snowmass Sales Center Feature Wall Landscape Model

Capital Campaign Event Display

Donor Cultivation & Fundraising Effort Model

With initial architectural plans in place, The Tahoe Regional Arts Foundation needed a portable display of their Stages at Northstar facility to accompany them in their Capital Campaign and community connection efforts. With multiple donor events to visit across California and Nevada, the model needed to showcase the amenities of the property while being travel efficient.

By utilizing a transport friendly size and scale, the 3d printed BIM model highlights the core features of the 22 acre property such as the organic architecture and dramatic site conditions. LGM took great care in accurately representing the variety of materials and textures by embedding details like metal panels and stacked stone into the surface of the 3d print. This addition offered depth and interest without incurring a high price point.

“The model arrived a few minutes ago and when I opened it, I said “OMG”!!! What a fabulous job you did and not only is the model of superior quality, but the packing and carrying case are exceptional. You should be really proud of the work you’ve done on this project as I certainly am. I know it’s going to have a significant positive impact on our Capital Campaign moving forward for our Northstar project.” – Keith Vogt | President, Tahoe Regional Arts Foundation
