The architect wanted to incorporate a custom trail map into their dedicated ski room. The map needed to feature an expansive area, including Vail Mountain’s ski runs, and local hiking trails.
This new residential home site is a part a ski in and ski out area of Whitefish, MT. The custom architecture of Big Mountain Gateway features unique angled windows and idyllic water features for unparalleled views of the mountains. The client wanted to visualize the home and site in relation to the mountain views and access to skiing.
DDG’s sales team wanted to offer additional perspective on the Penthouse available in 180 East 88th Street. This sales display was meant to offer an interior perspective of the one-of-a-kind residence, while also showcasing its unique architecture and view of the New York Skyline.
The relationship between architecture and topography on this bay-facing residence was incredibly important. Beyond the complex grade changes, the client wanted to better visualize the ratio of glazing to exterior walls with a physical 3D representation of the residential property.
