DDG’s sales team wanted to offer additional perspective on the Penthouse available in 180 East 88th Street. This sales display was meant to offer an interior perspective of the one-of-a-kind residence, while also showcasing its unique architecture and view of the New York Skyline.
Interior layer models like this need to consider both user experience, as well as the architect’s design intent for the project. The final quarter scale representation offers insight into each floors interior layout without disrupting the crucial exterior aesthetic of the building. Clear windows were installed to emphasize the expansive light and shadow patterns through each layer.
