Harris Doyle Homes wanted to promote their new residential offering, The Nest Community at Woodward Oaks. This community’s master plan was based on a circular format, and a model was a way of engaging prospective clients and explaining location in the community.
As a feature necessary for their sales center, Strategic Capital was in search of a wayfinding and context model for their newly designed residential tower. Greenwich West is located in the West Soho neighborhood. One of the benefits to being here is proximity to local fare, as well as views of the Hudson River. With the amount of construction in the area, as well as competition, Strategic Partners wanted to have a physical representation of what made their location stand out.
The relationship between architecture and topography on this bay-facing residence was incredibly important. Beyond the complex grade changes, the client wanted to better visualize the ratio of glazing to exterior walls with a physical 3D representation of the residential property.
