Sales Gallery Wayfinding Map
Navigational Street & Subway Display
Strategic Capital was in search of a wayfinding and context model for their newly designed residential tower sales gallery. Located in the West Soho neighborhood, Greenwich West is centrally located to many local features. One of the benefits to being here is proximity to local fare, as well as views of the Hudson River. With the amount of construction in the area, as well as competition, Strategic Partners wanted to have a physical representation of what made their location stand out.
By combining multiple manufacturing methods, this modern wood form map features laser etched road signs, clear acrylic context buildings, and focuses attention to the bronzed Greenwich West building. Area neighborhoods and subway markers stand proud above the map surface for clear viewing.
