Treanor was looking for a unique display for their front foyer. Roosevelt High School is an incredibly important, award winning project to their firm, and it has taken several years to complete. (Del Norte K-12 Wins Learning By Design Magazine’s Citation of Excellence Award). By showcasing the model in a traditional architectural-style palette, both site and structure capture interest.
By integrating the generative design plans of LaN Architecture, LGM 3D directed the production of over 300 individually CNC cut pieces of the feature wall design. The numbered wall slices were then vertically stacked to mimic the horizontal passage way of a mine, celebrating local history.
As a feature necessary for their sales center, Strategic Capital was in search of a wayfinding and context model for their newly designed residential tower. Greenwich West is located in the West Soho neighborhood. One of the benefits to being here is proximity to local fare, as well as views of the Hudson River. With the amount of construction in the area, as well as competition, Strategic Partners wanted to have a physical representation of what made their location stand out.
