Post Brothers came to LGM to develop a center piece for their sales and leasing office based on their newest development offering “The Piazza”. This expansive development encompassed an entire city block and included a number of mized use mid-rise buildings, plaza spaces, and a roof-top pool amenity. The lighting scheme was broken down into three individually controlled zones allowing the sales agents to better explain phasing and availability.
The Central Park Station development showcases 12 diverse neighborhoods in one cohesive vision. Due to its overall size, Brookefield Properties knew they needed to present their master planning development efforts in a relatable and tangible way. The best way to sell their idea was with a 3D site plan of the property, showing the connection between commercial and residential areas.

They wanted a smaller format model that attracted attention of prospective clients, passer bys, and guests alike. Each Satellite Sales Station would need to blend into the interior design of its surroundings as well.

The custom architecture of Big Mountain Gateway features unique angled windows and idyllic water features for unparalleled views of the mountains. The client wanted to visualize the home and site in relation to the mountain views and access to skiing.
