The Laurel Condominium Sales Model

Urban Master Planning Model

Brookfield Properties Sales & Leasing Center

The Central Park Station development showcases 12 diverse neighborhoods in one cohesive vision. Due to its overall size, Brookefield Properties knew they needed to present their master planning development efforts in a relatable and tangible way. The best way to sell their idea was with a 3D site plan of the property, showing the connection between commercial and residential areas.

With the site in different stages of completion, LGM designed a heirarchy into the model scope. The newly designed buildings are depicted in full 3D printed color, while white massing structures offer context for designs to come. This heirarchy helps the sales team describe future development efforts, while focusing attention to available real estate for sale. This model was produced and installed in their sales center within 3 weeks.
