HMC Architects needed an effective visualization tool to communicate structure and civil planning designs to their client. The model needed to showcase both planned and future development opportunities in Union Village’s expansive healthcare commercial village. Due to the site’s large area of interest, the most practical approach was to build two separate but cohesive displays to highlight these features.

While the main Snowmass Base Village Sales Gallery model served as a hub for their new residential development sales, East West Partners wanted to showcase SBV’s success at their various properties throughout the Village. They wanted a smaller format model that attracted attention of prospective clients, passer bys, and guests alike. Each Satellite Sales Station would need to blend into the interior design of its surroundings as well.

Nestled in a network of dense urban structure, this model was necessary to facilitate interest and investment for a new residential high rise. The building was meant to anchor the redevelopment of the area, and a model representation was requested to showcase its unique position to add density to the housing shortage in the area.

With such an expansive and complex development plan in place, Post Brothers wanted a way to visualize the site’s height, depth, and common core areas. The commercial and residential development needed to fit within the confines of their existing sales center. A context model with surrounding buildings would be an excellent way to validate Piazza Terminals extensive design.
