East West Partners came to LGM to develop an interactive sales tool for the new development of Snowmass Base Village. The models were meant to generate interest in the future development of Snowmass, highlight available residetnial real estate offerings through tablet functionality, and be updatable for a phased launch approach.
Snowmass Base Village has undergone significant transformation over the last 10 years, and the large format model shows just how far the Village Core has developed. The main model includes over 250 3d printed parts and pieces that were all hand painted and hand assembled. Interactive LED lighting was installed throughout the populated winter scene. The newly developed Havens sold out within 11 weeks of installing the model.
