Hart Howerton commissioned a model built in phases that accurately represented the complexity between topography and structure. With multiple residential architecture, engineering, and landscape design firms included in the Yuerba Buena Island Project, it was crucial to show how each phase integrated into a seamless architectural vision.
Grundfos needed a better way to present their water management pump designs. Real world pumps ranged in size and weight, and were too cumbersome to bring to and from meetings. They approached us to develop a lightweight, scaled sales sets of their proprietary designs.
LGM was approached to develop a trade show marketing tool for the Rendina Health Care Real Estate Group. This particular commercial architecture was custom built, and Rendina wanted to showcase their design and interior layout to prospective clients during trade shows.
These airplane models can travel to trade show or industry events. The FAA uses these interior cutaway plane displays to educate people.
Dynamo Playground’s Quad Pod is an innovative climbable spinner, but the special features of the design are difficult to describe in 2D renderings. LGM was tasked to bring the design to life by engineering a scaled version of the climber for their trade show events. When the model was not in use, it would be stowed in a rigid case for safe transport and storage.
