LGM was approached to develop a trade show marketing tool for the Rendina Health Care Real Estate Group. This particular commericial archietcture was custom built, and Rendina wanted to showcase their design and interior layout to prospective clients during trade shows.
With an intricate color scheme and floor plan, LGM opted to fully color 3d print the building. The model separates by floor to display the interior program and facilities. The colors were matched to provided Sherwin Williams swatches and adhered to the designers finish schedule. A special “digital airbrushing” technique, along with surface texture application, added additional detail to the exterior brick and interior wood flooring to add interest.
