Grundfos needed a better way to present their water management pump designs. Real world pumps ranged in size and weight, and were too cumbersome to bring to and from meetings. They approached us to develop a lightweight, scaled sales sets of their proprietary designs.

The Eagle Valley Land Trust wanted to honor a long time member of their efforts by creating a new award called the Steinberg Conservation Leadership Award. This 3d relief award needed to incorporate GIS data, high resolution imagery, and parcel outlines that the Land Trust has so far conserved in their efforts. The final product was meant to be displayed on a desk or mount to a wall.

The Central Park Station development showcases 12 diverse neighborhoods in one cohesive vision. Due to its overall size, Brookefield Properties knew they needed to present their master planning development efforts in a relatable and tangible way. The best way to sell their idea was with a 3D site plan of the property, showing the connection between commercial and residential areas.

LGM was approached to develop a trade show marketing tool for the Rendina Health Care Real Estate Group. This particular commercial architecture was custom built, and Rendina wanted to showcase their design and interior layout to prospective clients during trade shows.
