As a new premium condominium structure in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Adam America wanted a visually stunning sales tool to show off ODA Architecture’s unique cantilever design. The model was to be transportable between client meetings and the main residential sales gallery location, and was ready to enhance the sales experience at any location.
After partnering on several conceptual models of the project, DDG was ready to coordinate a sales gallery model for the 180 East 88th project. The model was meant to bring residential architecture front and center. Aesthetic details, patterns, and brickwork needed to be presented appropriately at scale. The display would also be used as a marketing and sales tool. The sales gallery experience incorporated the model as a way to call out particular units for purchase in the building, beyond being a focal point of the interior design.
Forest City contracted LGM to build a scaled full color version of their new development project to serve as the highlight at their ICSC booth in Las Vegas. They needed a display that would draw people to the booth, serve as a conversation piece, and display their latest commericial and residential development design. It also had to include LED lighting, a display platform, be able to travel.
“The Denver Art Museum, Fentress Architects, and Machado Silvetti partnered with LGM to visualize their proposed design for the North Building. This model was meant to showcase the new design, and also pay homage to the existing architecture as a part of the “”Then, Now, Next”” exhibition. With the exhibit fast approaching, the final model needed to be delivered in 6 weeks.”
