After partnering on several conceptual models of the project, DDG was ready to coordinate a sales gallery model for the 180 East 88th project. The model was meant to bring residential architecture front and center. Aesthetic details, patterns, and brickwork needed to be presented appropriately at scale. The display would also be used as a marketing and sales tool. The sales gallery experience incorporated the model as a way to call out particular units for purchase in the building, beyond being a focal point of the interior design.
East West Partners appreciates the vital role and proven results that a Full Color Sales Model brings to their sales process. This model initially showed a fully realized Phase I of the project (several residential townhomes), with the flexibility to add Phase II (condominiums) when those were ready to come to market.
DDG’s sales team wanted to offer additional perspective on the Penthouse available in 180 East 88th Street. This sales display was meant to offer an interior perspective of the one-of-a-kind residence, while also showcasing its unique architecture and view of the New York Skyline.
Harris Doyle Homes wanted to promote their new residential offering, The Nest Community at Woodward Oaks. This community’s master plan was based on a circular format, and a model was a way of engaging prospective clients and explaining location in the community.
